If any of my customers wants to get the parcel after 4-5 days what will happen?
Usually we hold a parcel maximum for three (3) days. After that it will be canceled automatically.You can create dispute,then we will hold it more and will be delivered.
How many attempts will you take for delivery?
We will take maximum 3 attempts to deliver a parcel.
How will my customer get to know who is coming to deliver his/her parcel?
We will send your customer an SMS mentioning the Name and Phone number of the Rider
If I want to send an exchange delivery can I get that?
Yes, you can order for an exchange delivery.When creating order for exchange, you need to give instructions(exchange what and what amount will be exchanged) when creating the order.
– If any parcel is lost from the custody of Oditiya, Oditiya will be responsible for full compensation of the parcel.
– If any fragile/liquid parcel has been booked under fragile and liquid parcel delivery service and get damaged from the custody of Oditiya, Oditiya will be responsible for full compensation of the damaged parcel.(if it is packed/rapped with Bubble poly or safety thing)
